Beautifully constructed sideboard of neat proportions, sharing features of the Hamilton sideboard for which Robert Heritage received a Design Centre Award in 1958. An unusual and striking combination of timbers with reflective quality and attractive figure. Fully re-polished in the Hayloft workshop.
The ‘Palisander’ sideboard is one of the finest examples of mid century British design. The rich tones of the rosewood and deep greens of the marble are a striking combination, perfectly accompanied by sharp campaign style handles.
